About
Together for Inclusion International (TOFI) is a non-profit Organization headquartered in Edmonton, Canada, with country offices in Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia. Tofi implements a large range of projects together with donors and key national stakeholders to assist countries and communities to successfully emerge from conflict. Escaping conflict requires a broad mix of activities targeting GBV Survivors, Children, women & girls at risk, peacebuilding, and community recovery efforts. As a result, TOFI believes there are multiple ways to support communities and institutions in transitioning away from conflict.

Our mission is to alleviate suffering, promote human dignity, and empower communities in need. Through compassionate and sustainable interventions, we strive to provide essential resources such as food, clean water, healthcare, and education to vulnerable populations around the world.
What We Do
Child Protection
Child protection is a cornerstone of TOFI’s broader safeguarding mission. Our work focuses on identifying and supporting individual children who are at risk of, or already experiencing, significant harm. Through well-defined child protection procedures, we ensure timely and appropriate responses to concerns related to a child’s safety and well-being. Education
At TOFI, we believe that every child has the right to quality education—an essential tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. Our education programs are strategically integrated into both long-term development and emergency response initiatives, aiming to provide children in extreme poverty with meaningful learning opportunities and a foundation for lifelong well-being.

Gender Equality
At TOFI, gender equality is not treated as a peripheral concern—it is a fundamental principle that guides every aspect of our work. We adopt a gender-transformative approach, which means we go beyond simply acknowledging gender disparities. Instead, we actively seek to challenge and change the underlying norms, attitudes, and power imbalances that sustain inequality.

Health and Nutrition
TOFI is deeply committed to advancing child health and nutrition through innovative, community-driven approaches. Since 2011, we have been at the forefront of the Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) model, pioneering its implementation in Somalia and expanding globally with measurable impact.
Our CMAM programs are designed to treat malnutrition effectively while ensuring accessibility for vulnerable populations. Since initiating comprehensive tracking of CMAM data in 2016, TOFI has provided life-saving treatment to over 500,000 children under five and more than 20,000 pregnant and lactating women across 31 countries…
